Creamy salmon pasta with sun-dried tomatoes: that sounds like music, doesn’t it? Ready in less than 20 minutes, this nutritious salmon pasta is perfect for busy evenings. The salmon is wonderfully soft and soaked in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce with spinach.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams tagliatelle
- 200 grams salmon
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 200 grams organic frozen spinach
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato (chopped)
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- Peper and Salt

Step 1:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2:
Pour the oil into the frying pan. Add the salmon and season with salt, pepper and dill.
Step 3:
Bake the salmon until it is still a little pink inside, so that it does not overcook. Add the spinach, sun-dried tomato and cooking cream and heat for a few more minutes. Finish with toasted pine nuts.
Step 4:
You can mix the pasta with the sauce or put the sauce on top of the pasta.
