Gegarneerd met witte kaas en een schijfje citroen als finishing touch. Een gezonde en kleurrijke maaltijd, perfect om te delen met vrienden of familie.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rode paprika, in reepjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>1 gele paprika, in reepjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>1 courgette, in plakjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>1 aubergine, in blokjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>2 tomaten, in stukjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>1 rode ui, fijngesneden<\/li>\n<li>2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel gedroogde oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel paprikapoeder<\/li>\n<li>Zout en peper naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>100 gram witte kaas<\/li>\n<li>Verse peterselie, ter garnering<\/li>\n<li>Verse citroenschijfjes, ter garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bereidingswijze:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Verhit de olijfolie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de rode paprika, gele paprika, courgette, aubergine, rode ui en knoflook toe aan de pan en bak ze gedurende 5-7 minuten tot ze zacht zijn.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de tomaten, gedroogde oregano, paprikapoeder, zout en peper toe aan de pan. Roer goed door en laat het geheel nog eens 5 minuten sudderen.<\/li>\n<li>Verkruimel de witte kaas over het groentemengsel en laat het nog eens 2-3 minuten koken, zodat de kaas kan smelten.<\/li>\n<li>Haal de pan van het vuur en garneer met verse peterselie en citroenschijfjes.<\/li>\n<li>Serveer het mediterrane groentepannetje warm als bijgerecht of als hoofdmaaltijd met wat verse ciabatta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/body><br \/>\n<\/html><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recept: Mediterraans Groentepannetje Mediterraans Groentepannetje Een heerlijk mediterraans groentepannetje, vol verse groenten en kruiden.
