{"id":336,"date":"2023-09-06T18:31:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-06T18:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipewind.com\/4-stappen-om-na-de-zomer-gezond-te-eten-een-dietists-stappenplan\/"},"modified":"2023-09-06T22:24:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-06T22:24:46","slug":"4-stappen-om-na-de-zomer-gezond-te-eten-een-dietists-stappenplan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipewind.com\/?p=336","title":{"rendered":"4 stappen om na de zomer gezond te eten: een di\u00ebtist&#8217;s stappenplan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Lekkere vegetarische pasta met aubergine en cherrytomaatjes<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gram pasta naar keuze<\/li>\n<li>1 aubergine, in blokjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>250 gram cherrytomaatjes, gehalveerd<\/li>\n<li>2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt<\/li>\n<li>1 blik tomatenblokjes (400 gram)<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel gedroogde oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel gedroogde basilicum<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel paprikapoeder<\/li>\n<li>Zout en peper naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>Olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>Verse basilicumblaadjes (optioneel)<\/li>\n<li>Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt (optioneel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bereidingswijze:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Kook de pasta volgens de instructies op de verpakking en giet af.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit een scheutje olijfolie in een grote pan en bak de aubergineblokjes tot ze zacht en goudbruin zijn.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de gehalveerde cherrytomaatjes en fijngehakte knoflook toe en bak nog een paar minuten mee.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de tomatenblokjes, gedroogde oregano, gedroogde basilicum, paprikapoeder, zout en peper toe. Roer goed door en laat de saus ongeveer 10 minuten sudderen.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de gekookte pasta toe aan de saus en meng goed.
