Cut the zucchini into slices and place them on a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper and salt in the oven. After 10 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until removed from the oven and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook according to package directions. Drain the pasta once it is cooked and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the milk, spinach and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until the spinach has wilted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the roasted garlic and blend with an immersion blender until smooth &#8211; if adding cheese or nutritional yeast, add now. Then mix the zucchini and green peas into the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
