Bavette is a really simple and fun recipe to make. It’s a beautifull steak wich you can serve with potato’s and some vegatbles. And the most awesome part is, it takes only 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 500 grams bavette steak
- Butter or olive oil
- Peper en zout
- Frying pan Order directly!
Step 1:
Let the bavette come to room temperature and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Place a pan on high heat and melt a knob of butter in it.
Step 3:
Fry the bavette in 1 minute until brown all over, and then let it gently fry for about 3 minutes on a low heat.
Step 4:
Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 8 minutes before serving.
Step 6:
The bavette may, just like a steak, still be red inside. Cut the stake and serve it with some amazing side dishes!
